Ingredients:

1) Scallops 300g or 4 pieces
2) Olive oil 60ml
3) Avocado 1 piece
4) Hot chilli 1 piece
5) Garlic 1 piece
6) Tomatoes 1 piece
7) Parmesan cheese 10g
8) Basil 1g or 2 leaves
9) Thyme 1g
10) Coriander 1g
11) White wine 80ml
12) Penne pasta 200g
13) Salt 1g
14) Black pepper 1g
