KEY INGREDIENTS
Whole Chicken, Chinese Herbs (Red Dates, Yuzhu, Dangshen, Huaishan, Danggui, Chuanxiong, Goji Berries, Dried Scallops)

Main Protein: Chicken
Cuisine: Chinese

Preparation Method:

1. Wash the chicken and blanch it in boiling water. Remove the scum. Drain water and set aside blanched chicken
2. Soak Chinese herbs in warm water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside
3. Boil 3L of water. Add in the whole chicken and Chinese herbs. Bring to boil again on high heat for 10 minutes
4. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour (with lid on)
5. To season, add in 15gm of salt and 15 gm of sugar
6. Dish out and serve. Dig in!

Serves 2 to 3 pax

Storage Instructions: Keep Chilled. Cook it within 2 days upon receiving the kit

Delivered frozen and fresh. For optimal taste, consume immediately after heating.

Thank you for being with us during this outbreak, and for your understanding. We want to reassure you that aby is working hard to have your items delivered within 2-3 working days (Mon-Sat) and the order cut off time will be at 12pm daily. (No delivery on Sundays)

Deliveries will be left at the doorstep to minimise contact. Please be available to provide entry into the building, if needed. Please be ready to collect your order as soon as you receive a notification SMS or Call to ensure freshness, especially for fresh and frozen products.
